In 2025 the Language Show is introducing Sponsored Sessions, a way for organisations who wish to reach and influence the Language Show’s valuable audience to maximise their exposure.
This is the Language Show’s 4th year using the conference platform, Zoom Events. Attendees join live during the 3-day event and then use its catch-up facility afterwards to watch sessions they’ve missed.
Over the subsequent 12 months, our audience constantly return to the platform to watch many, if not all, of its 90+ sessions. Sponsored Sessions provides organisations with a way to capitalise on this.
How does it work?
Based on previous years, we are expecting close to 2,500 paid attendees at this year’s show. Approximately 70% will be language teachers, 30% language professionals or others with a serious interest and expertise in languages. Roughly 80% will be in the UK, 20% overseas.
By being listed on the platform as both sponsor and session presenter, participating organisations get real-time interaction with the audience during the live event and repeated, high profile exposure for 12 months afterwards.
What’s included?

An (up to) 10 minutes, pre-recorded ‘sponsored’ session which is then scheduled alongside all the event’s other sessions. It is broadcast live during the show and subsequently available on-demand for 12 months. (You record the session using your device – eg via PowerPoint, QuickTime, Camera app etc. We upload it. Max size: 5GB, .MOV, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV or H.264 format).

Live Q&A and chat with the audience during and immediately after your session plus sponsor chat throughout the live event (optional).

Sponsor’s name, logo, 100 word description, 90 second video (150MB, MP4 files only) plus up to 3 images and 5 PDFs available for download via Session page and Sponsor tab before, during and after session for 12 months. (max file size: 15MB).
Cost – £450 (no additional VAT) per organisation.
